How does the customer claim their prize?
At the end of the spin, the prize won is displayed on the customer's screen. They show that screen in store to claim their reward. You can spell out the terms in the description and rules link.
Can I limit how many grand prizes are given out?
Yes. Each prize has an optional stock: leave it empty for unlimited, or set a quantity (e.g. a single grand prize). Once the stock runs out, the prize can no longer be drawn.
How do I avoid having too many winners?
An adjustable win-probability slider from 5% to 100% lets you balance the share of losers. At 100% everyone wins; at 5% a win becomes rare.
Do I need to reprint the QR if I change the prizes?
No. The QRia QR code is dynamic: you edit the prizes, dates or probability from your dashboard, and the QR already printed stays valid.
Do players need an app?
No. The wheel runs on iOS and Android straight in the browser. Customers only need their phone's camera.
Wheel of fortune or prize draw — what's the difference?
The wheel gives an instant, playful result at scan time. The prize draw collects entries and picks the winner(s) later. Both modes are available on the same QR type.
